Eher eine alte aber gemütliche einrichtung

Sauber, Betten, Bad und den minibalkon Lage Ruhig Penny- market in der Nähe Nettes Personal an der Reception

Unter dem Bett mal staubsaugen Strom nur bei eingestecktem Schlüssel - aber da sind sie längst nicht die einzigen ... Frühstück : scheint für 15 € schon etwas knapp. Und wir haben nie jemanden dort essen sehen.

lage und ausstattung war prima, bahnhof und sightseeing bus fussläufig, hatte ein schön renoviertes zimmer, leider keine aussicht (in den hinterhof) aber wenig im zimmer.

The friendly welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are very helpful and always smiling. I feel like I am coming home every time I arrive. The location from the Station is also fantastic.

The location next to the central station was very convenient. There was a sort of balcony going around the hotel which could be accessed from the hallway, that was cool although you can't see much but other buildings (we weren't able to see the fireworks very well from here on New Years Eve). The minibar was well stocked with drinks and snacks and the prices weren't terrible. The TV offered various English, Spanish, and Russian-language channels (and a couple others). The room had an electric rolladen with buttons next to the bed which was nice to keep the light out if you don't want to wake up in the morning. Also, the hotel allowed us to check out an hour later when we called and asked them, without charging us extra.

The description says the hotel is "elegant" although I wouldn't describe it as such. From the outside it looks like a cheap, tacky motel. Inside, in the lobby, it looks somewhat "elegant" although our room was a bit tacky (the sponge-painted orange walls stuck out to me the most). For the price we paid I think much better could be expected, although the convenient location was almost unbeatable and is probably the reason for the higher price.

Hotel parking is expensive and too small. Elevator doors are too small. breakfast bad price/quality.

The front desk was very nice, spoke perfect English and helpful. Mr. Tonino is very helpful and accomodating to our request to keep our luggages after check out. We stayed for two nights at this hotel, which is perfectly located near the train and subway stations.The rooms were neat and kept clean throughout our stay.

I am very satisfied with the service but was hoping that they could extended my check-out time to 2 or 3 p.m. since I was only leaving for the airport at 4 p.m..

Location, as it was close to the main train station and underground network.

Walls were thin, so next door's bathroom noises were quite audible.

Some staff are very pleasant and always helpful. The location is perfect for me. Close to metro , station. I get cabs to airports. I like to come to augustus on arrival and departure from italy. Thankyou. Lynne Jackson.

The location , it is just opposit of canteral, you can see it when you justcome out from cateral station milano
